1. 活動概要 Event Overview
「Where Love Blossoms」婚嫁體驗日（「活動」）由 The Aisle Limited（「主辦方」）與荃灣西如心酒店（「場地合作方」）聯合舉辦。
The "Where Love Blossoms" Wedding Showcase ("Event") is jointly organised by The Aisle Limited ("Organiser") and Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West ("Venue Partner").
2. 活動日期及時間 Date & Time
日期：2026年6月14日（星期日）
時間：中午12時 至 下午6時
地點：香港荃灣楊屋道8號 荃灣西如心酒店7樓
3. 登記及入場 Registration & Admission
- 參加者須透過官方登記表格預先登記。
- 成功登記後將收到確認電郵。
- 活動為免費入場，惟主辦方保留限制入場人數之權利。
- Attendees must pre-register via the official registration form.
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.
- Admission is free of charge; however, the Organiser reserves the right to limit attendance.
4. 入場禮物 Welcome Gift
- 入場禮物只限透過登記表格預先登記並親身出席之參加者。
- 禮物數量有限，先到先得，送完即止。
- 主辦方保留更改、替換或取消禮物之權利，恕不另行通知。
- Welcome gifts are limited to pre-registered attendees who attend in person.
- Gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
- The Organiser reserves the right to change, substitute, or cancel gifts without prior notice.
5. 工作坊 Workshops
- 工作坊名額有限，須預先登記。
- 工作坊內容及時間可能因應實際情況而有所調整。
- Workshop places are limited and subject to pre-registration.
- Workshop content and schedules may be adjusted as circumstances require.
6. 場地優惠及商戶推廣 Venue Offers & Vendor Promotions
- 所有場地預訂優惠及商戶推廣均受相關條款及細則約束。
- 優惠不可與其他推廣同時使用，除非另有說明。
- All venue booking offers and vendor promotions are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
- Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
7. 攝影及肖像權 Photography & Image Rights
- 活動期間主辦方及其合作夥伴可能進行拍攝及錄影。
- 出席即表示同意主辦方及荃灣西如心酒店將活動照片及影片用於宣傳用途。
- Photography and videography may take place during the Event.
- By attending, you consent to the use of event photos and videos for promotional purposes by the Organiser and Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West.
8. The Aisle Bride 會員 Membership
- 登記成為 The Aisle Bride 會員即表示同意接收 The Aisle Wedding 的最新資訊及推廣。
- 會員可隨時透過電郵取消訂閱。
- By enrolling as a The Aisle Bride member, you agree to receive updates and promotions from The Aisle Wedding.
- Members may unsubscribe at any time via email.
9. 免責聲明 Disclaimer
- 主辦方保留更改活動內容、時間、地點及條款之權利，恕不另行通知。
- 如遇不可抗力因素（包括但不限於惡劣天氣、政府規定等），主辦方保留取消或延期活動之權利。
- 參加者須自行承擔活動期間個人財物的安全責任。
- The Organiser reserves the right to modify event content, timing, venue, and terms without prior notice.
- In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to adverse weather, government regulations), the Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event.
- Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings during the Event.
